•  If you have not yet established care with a new provider and need to be seen for a sick visit, please call CMP Urgent Care at (559) 437-7304 to schedule an appointment.

*Please note that CMP Urgent Care does not provide refills for controlled substances and that urgent care should not be used in lieu of establishing care with a Primary Care Provider.
